Ear Seeds are a non-invasive, safe and effective tool used to stimulate points on this microsystem. Ear Seeds consist of tiny seeds, beads or pellets that are held in place on the surface of the ear with tape. At Phoenix Community Acupuncture we usually needle one ear while you're here and place seeds in the opposite ear for a take home treatment. Ear seeds are good for many conditions especially stress, anxiety, they are often promoted for weight loss and that is because they can help reduce stress and cravings.

Battlefield acupuncture is an additional $5 when added onto a scheduled session or $10 for just BFA with no acupuncture session.

Press tacks are commonly used in ear acupuncture for anxiety, insomnia, addition, and other symptoms. They can also be used on an area of pain such as the upper and middle back, they provide a gentle "take home" treatment that can help relax the area over a few days.
